StemTech Health Compensation Plan
There are five ways to earn with the StemTech Health Compensation Plan:
- 1. AutoShip Program
- 2. FastStart Bonus
- 3. Rebate/Commission Program
- 4. Step Up Generation Bonuses
- 5. Retail Bonuses
1. The Autoship Program
Designed as a simple 7 level unilevel paying 7%, but add on to that the infinity bonuses and you have extremely high earnings potential.**
2. FastStart Bonuses
Paid on the $299 FastStart Package. This package is 250 Qualifying Volume and 100 Business Volume. FastStart Bonuses pay out as follows:- $50 to enroller no matter what rank has been achieved.
- $25 to upline Director (If enroller is Director he receives $75)
- $5 through 5 Generations of upline Directors.
3. Rebates and Commissions
Includes all items not on autoship, though for qualification purposes, all Qualifying Volume is included:- Retail commissions of $15 for all product sold at retail price of $59.95 plus 40QV added to Commission listed below.
- Retail commissions of $10 for all product sold at retail autoship price of $49.95 plus 40QV added to Commission listed below.
- Up to 20% commission on product sales down to the next director.
4. Step-Up Generation Bonuses
Paid to directors up to seven generations deep with Infinity Bonuses that pay even deeper. This is based both on volume and the number of director legs that you have. Remember, the deeper a compensation plan pays the higher the commission checks can be. This compensation plan can pay virtually hundreds of thousands of dollars a month.
5. Retail bonuses
StemTech Health Sciences has made it extremely easy for you to sell to retail customers. On your personalized website, you can send your retail customers to order directly from the company and that way YOU DON’T HAVE TO CARRY ANY INVENTORY! The company pays you the difference between the wholesale and retail price, plus puts the sale into your rebate bonus plan. There is even a retail autoship!
**The key to the other three ways to earn money is in the rank of Director. All other ranks are either steps to Director, or a higher form of Director.
To Achieve Director you must:

- Have 5,000 Qualifying Volume (including all your own volume) within a given month.
(You may use as much as 4,000QV from a single leg.) - Have 5,000 QV within a consecutive two month period, with at least 2,500QV coming in the second month.
To Maintain Directorship you must:
- Have at least 1,000QV outside of your director legs.
(You may include up to 200QV from your own autoship)
(You may include up to 200QV from the autoship of your personally sponsored directors.) - Qualify at least once every three months to maintain title
(If you have 500+QV you will receive half your normal check)
(If you have 250+QV you will receive one fourth your normal check)
